Instructor Team

Amy Besack

Amy is a facilitator, coach, organization development consultant and valued resource for the IWCC Continuing Education team. Her ability to take concepts, theories and information and distill it down to an “I get it” form is what makes Amy such a great facilitator. But that’s not what drives her most; she wants to help all of her students and clients “connect-the-dots” from classroom to “real life.” Amy has been working in the learning and development field for 14 years, 7 of those years working in a corporate environment and 7 owning and operating her own coaching and consulting business.

Annette Jordan

Annette is an organizational consultant, professional coach, and certified resilience trainer with over 30 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. Annette's passion is to empower people and organizations to realize their full potential through practical, research-based best-practices. She has an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. Annette's consulting and coaching engagements and her research agendas have included leadership, employee motivation, engagement, stress, and coping as well as emotional intelligence, organizational culture, climate, and workplace bullying.
